Yesterday we made a quick run to the store after Fatima’s hair wash. My old school aunt was against her leaving the house with her “nappy” hair. She threw on her favorite headband. A random brotha on the elevator said ” ooh, I love your hair!” She replied ” thank you! All I did was wash it!” lol, her father tells her all the time that he loves her hair but it did my heart good to have another black man appreciate it. #naturalhair #beautiful #fatima #locs (Taken with instagram)

  • Fatima: Daddy, you forgot to bring my baseball.
  • Daddy: I think we left it outside. Next time you come, we'll look outside for it.
  • Fatima: I think the rabbits took it.
  • Daddy: You know what? I was thinking the same thing but I didn't want to say it.
  • Fatima: Yeah!!
  • Daddy: Cause there are a lot of rabbits out this time of year.
